  • Where can I earn and redeem points?

    You can redem your points at Black Barrel Lounge! in Old Town.  455 W NORTH AVE, CHICAGO IL.

  • How do I start earning points?

    Join the program and provide all the infomation.  If you link a credit card that's all you have to do.  Everyting else is magic.  You will get your points next time you use that card at any of our locations.



    Don't want to link a card, no problem, let your server know you are a BARREL SELECT member or show them your membership card. They will take care of the rest. 



    You can even earn DOUBLE POINTS by ordering TakeOut online direct from our website!  Just provide your member number at checkout and we do that magic again!

  • Will I earn points on Pickup and Delivery orders?

    You will cetainly earn points when ordering directly from our website for Carry Out Pickup orders.



    You will not earn points on third party delivery service websites.

  • How do I redeem my reward dollars?

    We make it super easy too redeem your reward dollars!  If they are available just let your server know you would like to use your points.  If  your card is linked your available points will show up and can be used.



    If you have not linked a card to your account, you can show your membership card to your server or we can look you up with your email or moblie number.

  • Can I earn points for hosting a party or event?

    You certainly can!!  You will receive one point for every dollar you spend as long as its a consolidated check and you use your membership number or linked credit card to the account.

  • Will I receive something special for my Birthday?

    We love our customers!  We really love them when they are celebrating their bithday!

  • What happens to my points at the end of the year?

    As long as you have earned at least 1 point during the year, your points will roll over into the new year for you to continue redeeming them.
